Only the registered number of guests mentioned at the time of booking will be allowed to stay in the room.

Maximum occupancy per room: 4 persons (including children).
Extra bed or mattress can be provided on request at an additional cost.
Food & Beverage
Outside food and beverages are not allowed within the resort premises.
Only food and drinks served by the resort restaurant are permitted.
Guests are requested to inform the team in advance of any dietary preferences or allergies.
Visitors
Visitors are not allowed in guest rooms.
Guests may meet visitors in common areas such as the restaurant or reception lounge.
Pets & Smoking
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms and closed areas. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor zones.
Valuables & Responsibility
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
The resort is not liable for loss or damage of valuables left unattended in rooms or vehicles.
Please use lockers or deposit valuables at reception if necessary.
Resort Property
Any damage to resort property, linens, or amenities will be charged to the guest’s account.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Standard Bookings
Free cancellation up to 7 days before the check-in date.
50% charge if cancelled within 3 to 6 days before check-in.
No refund if cancelled within 48 hours before check-in or in case of a no-show.
Peak Season / Long Weekends / Group Bookings
Full payment required at the time of booking.
No refund for cancellations within 7 days of check-in.
Amendments or date changes are subject to availability and management approval.
Early Check-Out
In case of early check-out, no refund will be applicable for the unused nights.
Force Majeure
In case of unforeseen natural events (rain, power failure, road closure, etc.), the resort will offer a reschedule option subject to availability, but refunds may not apply.
